1. About Navi

Navi is an AI-powered career assessment and coaching platform designed to help users explore potential paths, understand intrinsic motivators, and gain clarity in their career decisions. While Navi provides insights and recommendations, the Service does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

If an account is required to access certain features:

• You must provide accurate, current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You acknowledge and agree:

• Navi does not provide legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• Navi does not guarantee job placement, income outcomes, or career success.

• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the Services.

6. Payments and Billing (If Applicable)

Paid features, subscriptions, or assessments may be offered.

• Prices and features will be listed at checkout or on the platform.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers; Navi does not store full payment details.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise.

• We may change pricing at any time, with notice for recurring charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, tools, assessments, AI-generated outputs, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Navi or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

• Train external AI models using Navi content or outputs.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Content

• Use, store, process, and analyze the content to operate and improve the Services.

• Generate insights, recommendations, and anonymized statistical analyses.

You retain ownership of your personally submitted content.

You are responsible for ensuring your submissions comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe on others’ rights.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers). Navi is not responsible for:

• The content or performance of third-party services

• The security or practices of third-party providers

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Navi makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of recommendations

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Availability or uninterrupted operation of the platform

You use the Services at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Navi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use of the Services.

• Navi’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Services in the past six months.
