When we started Navi, the goal was simple: stop letting people figure out their path the hard way.
Between the two of us, we'd spent years in the wrong places. One of us followed the expectations of people we loved into careers that quietly drained us. The other bounced between roles and industries, trying to reverse-engineer what fit through trial and error. Different roads, same wall.
We both got there eventually. But it took longer than it should have, and cost more than it should have, and none of the tools that existed at the time actually helped. They were generic, outdated, and built around jobs, not people.
That's what we set out to change. Navi starts with who you are, not what you've done. Everything else, the matches, the plans, the clarity, follows from that.
We built the system we wished existed ten years ago. We hope it gets you there faster than we did.
