Our Mission
To make career clarity accessible to everyone and rebuild the way people find their place in work. Starting with who they are, not what they can do and ending with a direction they actually believe in.

Here's the thing nobody tells you about feeling stuck: It doesn't go away on its own.
Every other career ‘solution’ out there feels ancient. Stale assessments. Generic results. Lengthy PDFs that are pointless. And advice that doesn't account for remote work, layoffs, AI, or the fact that you've probably already had three jobs by 27. The whole space is stuck in the 1990s. Navi is here to change that.
"I'll figure it out" feels fine at 22. A little less fine at 25. By 28 it starts to feel like a real problem, and the people who drifted through those six years are now competing with 22-year-olds for the same starting roles, except now there's less time, rent, bills, pressure, and a lot less patience from everyone around them.
The people who hate their jobs at 35 were the same people who were "just curious" at 25.
Nobody decides to waste three years. It just happens, one "I'll deal with it later" at a time. You don't need your whole life mapped out. You just need a direction to start walking in.

Our Journey
A note from our founders
When we started Navi, the goal was simple: stop letting people figure out their path the hard way.
Between the two of us, we'd spent years in the wrong places. One of us followed the expectations of people we loved into careers that quietly drained us. The other bounced between roles and industries, trying to reverse-engineer what fit through trial and error. Different roads, same wall.
We both got there eventually. But it took longer than it should have, and cost more than it should have, and none of the tools that existed at the time actually helped. They were generic, outdated, and built around jobs, not people.
That's what we set out to change. Navi starts with who you are, not what you've done. Everything else, the matches, the plans, the clarity, follows from that.
We built the system we wished existed ten years ago. We hope it gets you there faster than we did.
